Mrs. Tair Kasztan Flechner holds Advanced Master degree in Governance and Development (University of Antwerp, Belgium) and BA in Sociology (University of the Republic, Uruguay). Her studies and professional background are focused on developing, implementing and monitoring Public Policies, mainly in the Labor and Education fields. Over her 12 years of experience Tair has gained experience in design, management, evaluation and advisory on Public Policies in Uruguay. Her experience diverse from social civil organizations as TECHO, educational organizations as One Laptop Per Child, research organizations as the University of the Republic, or government organizations at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in Uruguay.
