Presentation of a new model of an electronic database of IDPs

Presentation of key business processes and related sub-processes was held at the IDPs, Ecomigrants and Livelihood Agency on the 19th of July. DEPA Consulting introduced the results of the business process modeling.

The goal of business process modeling is to create the basis for the software system which will enable the Agency to unify existing databases and create an automated system in line with the laws and regulations for the effective implementation of the Agency activities. The electronic database will be adapted to the existing reality and in line with modern requirements. The project was supported by the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) and the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).
