The assignment aims to assess the needs of Ukrainian refugees residing in Georgia since the escalation of the conflict in Ukraine in February 2022. The assessment aims to solicit information from three specific groups of Ukrainians in Georgia: those who have not been covered by humanitarian response; those who have received limited assistance and those who are regularly receiving assistance.
DEPA Consulting is responsible for designing the research methodology, sampling design and tool for the multi-sector needs assessment survey (covering the following sectors - Food security and Livelihoods, Nutrition, Health, Education, Protection, and Shelter) in cooperation with AAH, CARE and PIN; conduction of the training for enumerators to conduct the assessment, analysis of the data collected and the drafting and finalization of a Multisectoral Needs Assessment report of the Ukrainian population in Georgia to be shared with ECHO and any other relevant partners or humanitarian actors on the region. The assessment and report, will allow ECHO and other humanitarian actors understand the main vulnerabilities and how they might be addressed.
