Three full-days training was conducted for the SOS Children Village staff (mostly management positions). The specific learning objectives of the training were:
- To improve understanding of M&E concepts among key Programmes staff (including the logical frameworks, SMART indicators, performance measurement methods and tools, etc.);
- To improve understanding of basic statistical concepts in data analysis;
- To build skills in data interpretation, data presentation, and data feedback;
- To increase understanding of practical approaches to improve the use of M&E data in reporting, decision-making as well as efficient implementation of the programme.
