Diary Sector Comparative Study

The primary objective of the study was to increase understanding on dairy sector related food safety and quality, as well animal health and welfare standards that exist and are being implemented in Georgia to identify gaps and prioritize policy and institutional development needs and to deliver a qualitative comparison of standards regulating dairy production in Georgia, EU and US standards relating to dairy sector food safety, animal health and welfare.
