Mrs. Rusudan Kardava holds Advanced Master degree in Development Evaluation and Management (University of Antwerp, Belgium), MA in Conflict Management and Analysis (Tbilisi State University), BA in Sociology and BA in Law. Rusudan has over 18 years of experience in development projects, including 12 years of work in the field of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). She has worked as a M&E Manager and M&E Consultant for number of states, non-governmental and international organizations, including UN FAO, UNDP, the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of Georgia, USAID and other organizations. In this capacity she has designed the project Monitoring and Evaluation system, developed project impact and performance measurement indicators, elaborated M&E data collection and reporting software (including GIS component), coordinated project impact evaluations (baseline, mid-term, final), prepared recommendations for the project management. As an evaluation consultant, Mrs. Kardava has conducted several external evaluations. In addition, she has several years of experience in conducting trainings and capacity building activities (including trainings in monitoring and evaluation and project management).
