The Consortium consisting of People in Need (PIN), AFEW International (AFEW) and Netherlands Helsinki Committee (NHC), together with cooperation with PIN Human Rights Department (HRD), implemented the project Eastern Partnership – COVID-19 Solidarity Programme. The Overall objective was to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 and contribute towards longer term socio-economic resilience of vulnerable groups in Eastern Partnership countries. The Specific objective of the project was for CSOs to have the capacity to effectively respond to the short to medium-term needs and to influence longer-term policy reforms that support vulnerable groups and those disproportionately affected by the pandemic.
The evaluation assessed the project's relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, coherence, impact, and sustainability, with relevant findings, lessons learnt and recommendations through using the desk review, qualitative (Key Informant Interviews, Focus Group Discussions) and quantitative (Online Semi-Structured Survey) survey methods.
