Social research of Human Capital Analysis in Tsalka Municipality

The EU-supported project aimed to improve the social integration of the population of Tsalka Municipality, provide access to social services and create new economic opportunities through participatory planning. The aim of the study was to describe and analyse the Human Capital Analyses of potential beneficiaries and people interested in the ongoing project. In particular, examine the skills, knowledge, capabilities, and needs of the project target groups and stakeholders in the sectors on which the project is focused.
