Consultancy service aimed to: study the Draft Law on mediation and its accompanying legislative package; participate in consultations for elaboration of the Court Mediation Programme with the mediation experts; conduct/participate in meetings for identification of needs, resources and capacity of judiciary system, as well as expectations regarding the institutionalization of mediation in courts; elaborate Monitoring and Evaluation Framework of Court Mediation Programme, including Programme’s log frame, baseline indicators, existing data sources, data collection system and sources of verification and relevant reporting forms, including a questionnaire for collection of statistical data necessary for successful implementation of monitoring and evaluation framework; Develop a (short) manual of M&E system.
