Project Overall objective was the following: the (self)-employability of young women and men with fewer opportunities is enhanced in Armenia and Georgia through coordinated private public partnerships for the development of skills on demand in the labour market in the agricultural sector.
The purpose of “SAY YES” project final evaluation was to yield learning from 3-year project implementation, to determine the progress made towards the project.
Methods used: desk research, qualitative survey (key informant interviews and focus group discussions) and quantitative survey among beneficiaries and stakeholders.
