World Vision Humanitarian response in Ukraine, Moldova, Romania and Georgia has a goal to deliver inclusive, need driven humanitarian assistance to refugees, IDPs and the most vulnerable children and their families.
The Program objectives for the response in Georgia are in line with the overall World Vision Ukraine Crisis Response Strategy. The drivers of response interventions are the detected needs of the affected communities, those arriving in Georgia to seek shelter and protection and partly also host communities.
Program interventions focus on the provision of immediate humanitarian support to the affected population with food security, child protection, information and access to basic social services, such as education, healthcare and employment services as well as psycho-social support and non-formal education. WVG works closely with the Government of Georgia, local municipalities, UNHCR and local and international NGOs.
The purpose of the Final Evaluation is to assess the situation after the implementation of the intervention and to measure the status of the project indicators and provide evidence of the relevance, effectiveness, impact and sustainability of the project.
