The project titled “Upskilling Digital Competences and Career Management Skills of Disadvantaged Youth in Georgia, Armenia, and Moldova” is an EU-funded initiative implemented by Caritas Czech Republic. This project aims to enhance employment and entrepreneurial opportunities for vulnerable youth, including individuals with disabilities and NEET (Not in Employment, Education, or Training) youth, residing in these three countries. It also seeks to promote their active engagement in democratic life.
To achieve these objectives, the project implemented activities designed to enhance digital and entrepreneurial skills among disadvantaged youth and strengthen career guidance services in Georgia, Armenia, and Moldova. The project was active in several regions: Adjara, Imereti, and Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti in Georgia; Shirak, Lori, and Tavush in Armenia; and Chisinau, Cahul, and Ungheni in Moldova.
The aim of this final evaluation is to assess the extent to which project goals and outcomes were achieved. The study will serve as a critical tool for fostering accountability, learning, and improvement.
