The purpose of this mid-term evaluation was to assess the impact and efficiency of activities, as well as challenges KRDF faces in regards to the strategic plan (2020-2024), which is being implemented with the support of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA). The evaluation covered the period from January 2020 to June 2022.
Method used: desk review, qualitative and quantitative research methods.
