The Global Program (GP) is a program designed to empower the Salesian TVET offer in 13 countries of the Africa-Madagascar region. The programme aims to helps young people increase their chances of obtaining dignified work and improving their living standards in the target region. The project is implemented in 13 Sub-Saharan African countries. 

The purpose of this evaluation was to analyse the results and specific objectives achieved at the time of the evaluation compared to the results and objectives specified in the project document. The evaluation applied mixed methods approach, including the desk review (including secondary data analysis), qualitative (key informant interviews, focus group discussions) and quantitative research methods. Evaluation findings were analysed according to the OECD DAC criteria of relevance, effectiveness, coherence, efficiency, outcome/impact and sustainability.
