Systematic project evaluation activities aimed to conduct the baseline, mid-term and final evaluation studies for the Pankisi Eco-Links program funded by the USAID, which addresses the primary grievances in Pankisi: inter-community divides and economic and social isolation from the rest of Georgia.
The purpose of the evaluation was to measure intended and unintended impact of the project to Pankisi population. The project evaluation aims to measure the impact, which is created by the project to forge linkages across age groups and religious affiliations within Pankisi and support of economic and social connections of Pankisi citizens to the rest of Georgia.
