PPSP – a partnership for inclusive policy making

The Four-year project aimed to increase civic participation and partnerships in local social policy making, implementation and monitoring. The project included several events and activities, including: capacity building of Caucasus Caregivers Cooperation network, needs assessment and analysis, workshops on advocacy and civic participation, country-wide and local media campaigns on civic participation, training course on social entrepreneurship, supporting CSOs financially, and training for local government. The project targeted 10 regions of Georgia.

The final evaluation served the purposed to (i) determine the extent to which the project has met the stated objectives and results, the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of project operations, sustainability and impact of the project results; (ii) identify key lessons and to propose practical recommendations.

Method used: desk review, qualitative survey (key informant interviews and focus group discussions), and quantitative analysis (based on available secondary data, phone survey and online survey).
