The main aim of this assignment is to assist Association Organic Georgia in enhancing its financial stability through identification of optimal revenue sources and planning corresponding programs. Particularly, this includes the following activities:
➢ Conduction of the Needs Assessment aimed to gain in-depth insights into the needs of Organic Georgia and the goals they seek to achieve in the coming years.
➢ Development of a training curriculum for member farmers on contemporary crop growing and bioproduction methods;
➢ Conduction of the training sessions for up to 50 association member farmers;
➢ Elaboration of a comprehensive export strategy;
➢ Identification of a list of potential European importers;
➢ Development of a package of recommendations and a toolkit for various means of funding, including membership fees and association services.
