Final Evaluation of the project “Sustainable Development of Beekeeping in Georgia”

The main purpose of the project was to provide assistance in increase of beekeeping productivity in Georgia and contribute to the ZRS ČR Programme. The specific objective was to increase in volume and value of quality honey and other apiculture products.

Evaluation process was based on OECD/ DAC criteria of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability.

Methods used: desk research, key informant interviews with the project stakeholders and focus group discussions with small, medium and large-scale beekeepers.
