Evaluation of the project “Towards the Energy Paradigm Change in South Caucasus, phase 2”

The assignment aims to assess the project ‘Toward the Energy Paradigm Change in South Caucasus, Phase 2” funded by the Protestant Agency for Diakonie and Development for Bread for the World. It is implemented by Green Alternative (GREENALT) together with its partners in Armenia and Azerbaijan.

DEPA Consulting is responsible for designing the evaluation methodology, sampling design and tool for the evaluation. Moreover, conducting the document review, key informant interviews, focus group discussion and quantitative data collection.
