Supporting agriculture and dairy sector associations in organizational development

During February and March 2020, working meetings were held with the members of three associations of dairy producers, processors and farmers in frame of the “Investing in Harmless and Quality Livestock” project implemented by the Land O’Lakes Venture37 in partnership with the Georgian Farmers' Association.

As a result of the workshops strategic documents and work plans were developed by DEPA Consulting for three associations, defining the organization mission, goals, objectives and specific activities and necessary resources needed for its achievement.

It is expected that the strategic documents will assist associations in organizational development and improvement of the quality of their services for farmers and processors involved in the sector.
