DEPA Consulting is announcing an opening for the full-time position of the Project & Partnerships Manager. The role involves client communication, expert coordination, and partnership-building.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate the team of experts and researchers in conducting consultancy assignments, studies and evaluations;
- Manage communication with the client organizations to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of expected outputs;
- Identify and analyze tender opportunities based on predefined criteria;
- Develop proposals for consultancy services, evaluations and research projects;
- Support the organization’s business development efforts by identifying growth opportunities;
- Recruit qualified personnel (experts, researchers, etc.) for various tenders/projects.
Requirements:
- University degree/diploma in Social Science, Development Studies, Economic or related field; Master degree is an asset;
- Analytical aptitude and attention to details;
- At least 3 years of experience managing consulting and or research assignments;
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative research activities;
- Experience in proposal writing;
Fluency in English (both verbal and written) and Georgian (proficiency in other languages is an advantage); - Capacity to complete multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner;
Team player and aptitude to work as a member of a multicultural team; - Reliability, strong organizational and time management skills;
- Willingness and ability to learn and develop further.
