Preparation of strategic document for three dairy product producer organizations

Assignment aims to prepare strategic document for following organizations, which are producing dairy products: Association of Dairy Product Producers, Georgian Dairy and Future Farmer. The purpose of first stage is to gather and analyze information needed for preparation of strategic document. On the second stage workshops with organization should be held.
