Employability Skills for Young People in Sheki and Telavi Municipalities

Final evaluation aimed to assess the project achievement in regards to its objectives that was to contribute to reduction of the youth unemployment in Kakheti (Georgia) and Sheki-Zagatala (Azerbaijan) regions through equipment of young people in these regions with employability skills. Evaluation applied mixed methods, including the quantitative (face to face interviews) and qualitative (focus group discussions and key informant interviews) methods.
