Final Evaluation of the project “Job Equality: Equal, Inclusive and Safe Workplace in Georgia”

The project aimed at advocating gender equality issues on the local and national level - to eliminate gender discrimination at the workplace and ensure equal pay, to create safe and healthy working conditions for women and men. The project focused on improving women’s labour rights in the above-mentioned areas.

The purpose of the final evaluation was to assess the long-time indicators, log frame and long-term impact of the project, testify to what degree the project achieved its goals based on the indicators and log frame, and make recommendations usable on a country level.
