The project main objective was to create civic space for an enhanced voice of youth in decision-making processes at the local level through the establishment of Youth Advisory Councils who address and advocate the needs of vulnerable children and youth affected by COVID-19.
The purpose of the baseline measurement was to assess key issues and the situation prior to implementation of the intervention and set status of the project indicators. By the end of the project, the final evaluation was conducted in order to determine the progress made towards the project. Methods used: desk research and quantitative survey among beneficiaries
