Final Evaluation of the project “Promotion of Rural Development and Diversification in Khulo Municipality”

ENPARD Khulo Project was based on EU LEADER approach and aimed to contribute to the reduction of poverty in Khulo Municipality, Adjara AR. Specific Objective of the project was to improve employment and living conditions in Khulo Municipality through diversification of the rural economy. The project also foresaw other positive changes in the quality of life of the municipality residents resulting from improving of the local social and economic services.

The purpose of the Final Evaluation was to review the extent to which the project met its set outcomes and objectives by the end of implementation period, summarize the project experiences and learning and provide recommendations for designers and implementers of similar projects in Georgia and the region’s countries with similar socio-economic and cultural settings.
