Combined Base-line and End-line Assessment for “The Promoting Citizen Engagement for Economic Development Project (PROCEED)”

The main goal of this four-year project had been attained through the improved community members’ employment and income opportunities. The project also sought for other positive changes in the quality of life of the municipality population resulting from improving outcomes of the local social and economic services.

The purpose of the assessment was to compare, at the outcome and output levels, pre- and post-project socio-economic status of the rural population engaged directly and indirectly in PROCEED activities.
