The project aimed to support the national effort to achieve the goals of neutral balance of land degradation in Georgia through the restoration of degraded pastures and sustainable management. The project was implemented by the Ministry of Environment and Agriculture of Georgia (MEPA), the Caucasus Regional Environmental Center (RECC) and the Caucasus Network of Environmental Non-Government Organizations (CENN).
The research aimed to identify the capacity needs of key stakeholders at the national, regional and municipal levels in order to further strengthen the capacity of stakeholders.
