Analyses of IDP databases existing in different departments and units of the LEPL IDPs, Eco-Migrants and Livelihood Agency under the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia

The project aimed to increase the capacity of government agencies and provide needs-based, improved services to vulnerable groups, especially IDPs, communicate closely with the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labor, Health and Social Affairs and the IDPs, eco-migrants and the Livelihood Supply Agency ("Agency"), as well as agencies responsible for policy development.

In frame of the consulting service, the departments of the Agency performing the main function were studied in two directions: the study of business processes and the study of compatibility of the databases and existing business processes of the agency. The final document was prepared with a graphic and textual description and an expert opinion, which included several possible options needed for the proper functioning of the organization - both a substantive solution, as well as setting deadlines and an estimated budget.
