End-Term Evaluation of the project „Sustainable Forest Governance in Georgia – Phase II “

Overall objective of the evaluation was to provide assessment of achievement of project objectives, made judgement on how intended or unintended, positive or negative changes came about, levels of attribution and participation of the target groups.

In the framework of the evaluation, OECD/DAC evaluation criteria for Relevance, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Impact and Sustainability were used.
