Eagle Hills proposed two real-estate development projects in Gonio and Krtsanisi, Georgia.
This study assessed the demographic, labor, and macroeconomic impacts of the proposed projects, estimating resident and visitor populations, workforce and commuter volumes, and population growth and settlement density. The assessment analyzed employment generation during construction and operation phases and evaluated the project’s broader economic impact, including contributions to GDP growth, investment attraction, and alignment with national development strategies. Desk review, key informant interviews and economic modelling techniques were used to achieve set objectives.
