The main objective of assignment was to plan (including questionnaire design, pilot testing, training of enumerators) and conduct the data collection using the Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) technique, ensure database processing and support in analysing the survey data.
The survey covered 25 countries of African continent. In total, 3,487 respondents were interviewed with 12 different questionnaires (including the graduates, business sector representatives, knowledgeable persons/experts on local and national levels, crafts sector representatives, NGOs, etc.)
