The project aimed to achieve following outcomes:
Improved policy and institutional framework to foster decentralization and promote good governance principles at the local level;
Enhanced institutional and human capacities of national and local authorities;
Municipal service delivery improved;
Right holders empowered to engage in local policy making and claim their rights
The main purpose of this assignment was to review project indicators and update Results Framework of the project.
