Launching the Final Evaluation in North Macedonia

DEPA Consulting has launched the final evaluation of the EU project ”Support to Development of Agricultural Cooperatives in North Macedonia” implemented by CARE Deutschland e.V. (CARE) together with the „Macedonian Enterprise Development Foundation“ (MEDF).

Presentation of a new model of an electronic database of IDPs

Presentation of key business processes and related sub-processes was held at the IDPs, Ecomigrants and Livelihood Agency on the 19th of July. DEPA Consulting introduced the results of the business process modeling.

Supporting agriculture and dairy sector associations in organizational development

During February and March 2020, working meetings were held with the members of three associations of dairy producers, processors and farmers in frame of the “Investing in Harmless and Quality Livestock” project implemented by the Land O’Lakes Venture37 in partnership with the Georgian Farmers' Association.

Evaluation mission in India

During January 15-23, DEPA Consulting Expert Mrs. Ana Diakonidze has visited Gujarat, the state in India, for the project evaluation.
