DEPA Consulting is seeking a highly qualified Lead Evaluator for the final evaluation of a multi-country healthcare project: “Strengthening Universal Access to Quality Healthcare for Patients with Chronic Diseases in Cambodia and Mozambique.”
📅 Timeline: February – June 2026
📍 Location: Remote
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct desk review and prepare Inception ReportÂ
- Conduct remote key informant interviews and analyze qualitative/quantitative data collected by national teams
- Conduct debriefing and validation meetings and finalize Evaluation report by incorporating client feedback.
Required Qualifications
Healthcare Expertise: Demonstrated experience in public health systems, community health, and chronic disease control (including HIV/AIDS).
Evaluation Expertise: over 10 years of experience in project and program evaluation.
Linguistic Skills: Fluency in English and French is essential.
Regional Insight: Knowledge of Cambodia (or Southeast Asia) and Mozambique is desired.
Inclusive Approach: A strong sensitivity to gender issues in health is highly valued.
