Discussion of the study results at the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia

On November 11, 2019 the results of two studies carried out in frame of the project "Investing in Safe and Quality Livestock" implemented by the American organization Land O'Lakes Venture37, were discussed at the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia. The studies conducted by the DEPA Consulting aimed to compare the safety and quality standards and regulations of the Georgian beef and dairy sector with the American and European regulations.

The meeting focused on the main trends and recommendations in the Georgian beef and dairy sector and was attended by the Deputy Ministers, representatives of relevant agencies, departments, services, sectorial associations, representatives of international organizations and other stakeholders.
