Pre-Feasibility Study for Proposed Kutaisi Park Area Development 

DEPA Consulting has completed a comprehensive pre-feasibility assessment for a major infrastructure project in Kutaisi and its surroundings. Designed to generate rigorous, evidence-based insights, the study equips partners and stakeholders with the data necessary to drive strategic investment and sustainable development decisions in the region.

To evaluate the project’s viability from both commercial and community perspectives, DEPA Consulting used a comprehensive mixed-methods research framework. The study effectively balanced macroeconomic modelling with direct grassroots engagement.
